1. Uneven granulation

This is a common problem. It may be caused by uneven humidity of the raw materials. If the raw materials are partially too wet, it is difficult to form regular particles during the granulation process. In addition, large differences in the particle size of the raw materials or uneven mixing of the materials will also make the granulation effect uneven.

2. Mold wear

After a long period of operation, the flat die and the pressure roller of the flat die granulator are constantly squeezed and rubbed by the materials, and will gradually wear out. Once the mold is worn, it will cause irregular particle shape and reduced output.

4. Transmission component failure

The transmission components of the flat die granulator are also prone to failure. 5. Electrical system failure

Electrical failures sometimes also trouble the normal operation of the flat die granulator. For example, motor failure may cause the equipment to fail to start or suddenly stop working. Short circuits or open circuits in the circuit will cause the control system of the equipment to fail and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
