The sheep manure organic fertilizer production line transforms raw sheep waste into high-quality organic fertilizer through a systematic and scientific process. Here’s a straightforward breakdown of the workflow:
1. Raw Material Collection and Preparation
Fresh sheep manure is gathered first. Since it often contains impurities like undigested hay, sand, or small stones, initial processing is required. Screening equipment and magnetic separators are used to filter out larger debris, ensuring cleaner raw material for the next steps.
2. Fermentation
Fermentation is the heart of the process. The prepared manure is piled up and mixed with specific microbial starter cultures. Under controlled conditions—temperature (50–65°C), moisture (50–60%), and proper aeration—the manure begins to decompose. Microorganisms break down organic matter over several weeks. Regular turning with compost turning machines ensures even fermentation and full maturation.

3. Crushing and Mixing
After fermentation, the manure becomes clumpy and needs crushing into fine particles. Depending on soil needs or crop requirements, extra nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, or trace elements may be added. Mixing equipment blends everything thoroughly to create a balanced fertilizer blend.
4. Granulation
The mixed material is fed into granulators (such as disc granulators or rotary drum granulstors) to shape it into round or oval pellets. This step improves storage, transportation, and ease of application during farming.
5. Drying and Screening
Freshly made pellets still hold moisture, so they go through dryers to reduce water content. After drying, screening machines remove oversized particles or fine dust, leaving uniform, ready-to-use fertilizer pellets. These are then packed, stored, or sold.
By following this streamlined process, sheep manure is efficiently converted into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer, supporting sustainable agriculture while reducing environmental waste.
