The Double Roller Press Granulator plays an important role in many production fields. Efficient and correct operation is the key to improving production efficiency. This article will introduce the core skills of efficient and correct operation of the Double Roller Press Granulator to help you improve efficiency in production.

1. Accurate debugging before starting to avoid invalid losses

Adjust the roller gap (usually 0.1-3mm) according to the target particle size, and the error should be controlled within a very small range.

Lubrication and tightening inspection:ensure that the transmission parts such as bearings and gears are adequately lubricated and the belt is moderately tight to avoid power loss due to friction loss.

2. Feeding should be stable and uniform

The feeding speed needs to be synchronized with the equipment speed. Too fast will cause material accumulation and blockage; too slow will waste production capacity. It is recommended to use a variable frequency feeder to automatically adjust the feed amount according to the equipment load.

The moisture content of the material should be controlled at 12%-18% during pretreatment. At the same time, the particle size should also be paid attention to. It should not be too coarse to avoid excessive humidity adhesion or too coarse particles affecting the molding efficiency.

3. Real-time monitoring of core parameters during operation

Appropriate pressure can ensure the compactness of the particles. The extrusion pressure is usually set to 20-50MPa. Hard materials require higher pressure, but overload operation should be avoided to cause motor overheating.

Real-time monitoring of bearing temperature, its temperature should be lower than 70℃; at the same time, abnormal vibration requires immediate shutdown and inspection to prevent roller offset or bearing damage.

4. Maintenance after shutdown

Residual materials on the surface of the rollers need to be removed after each shutdown to prevent hardening and clogging. It is recommended to use a special cleaning agent to avoid corrosion of parts.

The roller mold should be regularly checked for wear, and the transmission belt should be replaced every 3 months as much as possible to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.

5. Personnel training

Regularly conduct skill assessments on operators, focusing on training parameter adjustment, fault diagnosis and emergency handling capabilities.

In short, only precise operation and meticulous maintenance can maximize the production efficiency of the Double Roller Press Granulator. If you need equipment selection or technical guidance, please feel free to contact us.
