1. Fermentation equipment failure

Phenomenon: The fermentation temperature is unusual, too high or too low.

Method: If the temperature is too high, it may be poor ventilation. Check whether the fan is working properly and clean the blockage in the ventilation duct. If the temperature is too low, it may be that the moisture content of the material is too high or the activity of the strain is insufficient. Adjust the humidity of the material and add an appropriate amount of active strains.

2. Crusher equipment failure

Phenomenon: The crusher vibrates abnormally.

Method: It may be that the tool wear is unbalanced. Stop the machine to check and replace the severely worn tools to ensure the symmetry of the tool installation. It may also be that there are hard objects in the material. Clean up the hard objects such as stones in the material.

3. Mixing equipment failure

Phenomenon: The material is not mixed evenly.

Method: Check whether the mixing blade is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it in time. It may also be that the order or amount of material addition is unreasonable. Re-operate according to the correct material ratio and addition order.

4. Granulation equipment failure

Phenomenon: Poor or no granulation.

Method: Improper material humidity is a common cause. For materials with high humidity, add a drying step, and spray water appropriately for materials with low humidity. In addition, mold wear can also cause granulation problems. Check and replace worn molds.

5. Drying equipment failure

Phenomenon: Poor drying effect.

Method: Check whether the heating element is working properly. If damaged, replace it in time. Meanwhile, check whether there is material accumulation and blockage in the drying channel, and clean up the blockage in time to ensure the normal flow of materials.

6. Screening equipment failure

Phenomenon: Screen blockage.

Method: For blockage caused by high humidity materials, drying pretreatment can be added. You can also check whether the screen cleaning device is normal. If damaged, repair or replace it.
